銑(xian)(xian)削(xue)(xue)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)切(qie)削(xue)(xue)用(yong)量(liang)包括主軸轉(zhuan)速、進給速度(du)、背吃刀(dao)(dao)量(liang)和側吃刀(dao)(dao)量(liang)。銑(xian)(xian)削(xue)(xue)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)的進給量(liang)是(shi)指刀(dao)(dao)具轉(zhuan)一周,工(gong)(gong)件與刀(dao)(dao)具沿進給方(fang)向(xiang)的相對位(wei)移量(liang),其單(dan)(dan)位(wei)是(shi)mm/r。進給速度(du)是(shi)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)時間內工(gong)(gong)件與銑(xian)(xian)刀(dao)(dao)進給方(fang)向(xiang)的相對位(wei)移量(liang),其單(dan)(dan)位(wei)是(shi)mm/min。切(qie)削(xue)(xue)用(yong)量(liang)的大(da)小對切(qie)削(xue)(xue)力、切(qie)削(xue)(xue)功(gong)率、刀(dao)(dao)具磨損加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心、加(jia)工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)和加(jia)工(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本均有顯(xian)著影(ying)響(xiang)。機(ji)床(chuang)配件數控加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)選擇(ze)切(qie)削(xue)(xue)用(yong)量(liang)時,就(jiu)是(shi)在(zai)保證加(jia)工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)和刀(dao)(dao)具壽命的前提(ti)下,充分發揮機(ji)床(chuang)性能(neng)和刀(dao)(dao)具切(qie)削(xue)(xue)性能(neng),使切(qie)削(xue)(xue)效率蕞高,加(jia)工(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本蕞低(di)。
(一(yi))背吃刀量(liang)/(端銑/)或側吃刀量(liang)/(圓周銑/)的選擇
背吃(chi)刀量o,為平行于銑刀軸線測(ce)量的切削(xue)層尺(chi)寸(cun),單位為mill。端銑時o。為切削(xue)層深度(du);而圓周(zhou)銑時,ot/)為被加工表面的寬度(du)。
側吃刀量o。為(wei)(wei)垂直于銑(xian)(xian)刀軸線測量的(de)切(qie)削層(ceng)尺寸,單位為(wei)(wei)mm。o。端銑(xian)(xian)時(shi)為(wei)(wei)被加(jia)工(gong)表面的(de)寬度,而(er)圓周銑(xian)(xian)時(shi)為(wei)(wei)切(qie)削層(ceng)的(de)深(shen)度。
背(bei)吃刀(dao)量(liang)或側機床(chuang)配(pei)件吃刀(dao)量(liang)的(de)選取主要由(you)加(jia)工余(yu)量(liang)和對表面質量(liang)的(de)要求決定。
(1)在工件表面粗(cu)糙度值要求較大時,如果圓周銑(xian)削的加工余量小(xiao)于(yu)5mm,端(duan)銑(xian)的加工余量小(xiao)于(yu)6mm,則粗(cu)銑(xian)一次(ci)(ci)進給就可(ke)以達(da)到(dao)要求。但在余量較大,工藝加工中心系(xi)統剛性較差或機床動力不(bu)足時,可(ke)多分幾次(ci)(ci)進給完(wan)成。
(2)在(zai)工件表面粗糙度值要求較小時(shi)(shi),可分粗銑和(he)半(ban)精銑兩步進行。粗銑時(shi)(shi)背吃刀(dao)量(liang)或側吃刀(dao)量(liang)選取同前(qian)。粗銑后留0.5—1.Omm的余量(liang),在(zai)半(ban)精銑時(shi)(shi)切除。
(3)在工件表面粗糙(cao)度值要求很小(xiao)時,可分粗銑(xian)、半(ban)精銑(xian)和精銑(xian)三步機床配件進行。半(ban)精銑(xian)時背吃(chi)刀(dao)(dao)量(liang)或側吃(chi)刀(dao)(dao)量(liang)取1.5—2mm,精銑(xian)時圓周銑(xian)側吃(chi)刀(dao)(dao)量(liang)取0.3—0.5mm,面銑(xian)刀(dao)(dao)背吃(chi)刀(dao)(dao)量(liang)0.5—lmm。
(二(er))進給量和進給速度2的選擇
進給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)與進給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)速(su)度(du)(du)(du)是(shi)衡量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)切削(xue)用(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)加(jia)工中心(xin)重(zhong)要參數,根據零件(jian)(jian)的(de)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)粗(cu)糙度(du)(du)(du)、加(jia)工精度(du)(du)(du)要求、刀(dao)具(ju)及工件(jian)(jian)材料等(deng)因素(su),參考(kao)有(you)關切削(xue)用(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)手(shou)冊選(xuan)(xuan)取。機床(chuang)配件(jian)(jian)切削(xue)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)進給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)速(su)度(du)(du)(du)還應(ying)(ying)與主(zhu)軸轉速(su)和(he)切削(xue)深度(du)(du)(du)等(deng)切削(xue)用(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)相適應(ying)(ying),不能顧此失彼。工件(jian)(jian)剛(gang)性差或刀(dao)具(ju)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)低(di)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),應(ying)(ying)取小(xiao)值。加(jia)工精度(du)(du)(du)和(he)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)粗(cu)糙度(du)(du)(du)要求較高(gao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),進給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)應(ying)(ying)選(xuan)(xuan)的(de)小(xiao)些,但不能選(xuan)(xuan)的(de)過小(xiao),過小(xiao)的(de)進給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)反而(er)會使表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)粗(cu)糙度(du)(du)(du)增(zeng)大。輪(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)加(jia)工中,選(xuan)(xuan)擇進給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)還應(ying)(ying)注意輪(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)拐(guai)角(jiao)處(chu)(chu)的(de)“超程(cheng)”和(he)“欠(qian)程(cheng)”問題。用(yong)(yong)圓柱銑刀(dao)銑削(xue)圖示輪(lun)廓(kuo)(kuo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),銑刀(dao)由(you)(you)A向(xiang)B運動,進給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)速(su)度(du)(du)(du)較高(gao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),由(you)(you)于慣性在(zai)拐(guai)角(jiao)D處(chu)(chu)可能出現(xian)(xian)超程(cheng)現(xian)(xian)象,拐(guai)角(jiao)處(chu)(chu)的(de)金屬被多切去(qu)一(yi)些。為此要選(xuan)(xuan)擇變化(hua)的(de)進給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang),即在(zai)接近拐(guai)加(jia)工中心(xin)。銑削(xue)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)進給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)角(jiao)處(chu)(chu)應(ying)(ying)當適當降低(di)進給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang),過拐(guai)角(jiao)后再逐漸升高(gao),以保證加(jia)工精度(du)(du)(du)。另(ling)外,在(zai)切削(xue)過程(cheng)中,由(you)(you)于切削(xue)力的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),機床(chuang)配件(jian)(jian)使機床(chuang)、工件(jian)(jian)和(he)刀(dao)具(ju)的(de)工藝系統(tong)產(chan)生變形,從而(er)使刀(dao)具(ju)產(chan)生滯后,在(zai)拐(guai)角(jiao)處(chu)(chu)會產(chan)生欠(qian)程(cheng)現(xian)(xian)象,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)增(zeng)加(jia)減速(su)程(cheng)加(jia)工中心(xin)序段或暫停程(cheng)序的(de)方法,可以減少(shao)由(you)(you)此產(chan)生的(de)前呈(cheng)現(xian)(xian)象。
